Notes for U19G

Apologies this is late notice but can you please inform all your U18's that All training sessions for the HK Girl's U18's will be at Tai Hang Tung. The selection sessions will not be at King's Park as stated previously.

Also there will be a break for CNY on February 17th.

Confirmation of the pitch booking at Tai Hang Tung for the U18's Girls:

Every Wednesday from 6:00pm to 7:30pm

January 2010 - 13, 20, 27

February 2010 - 3, 10, 24

March 2010 - 3, 10, 17, 24, 31

Substitution and Yellow Card Rules:

Substitutions

Rolling substitutions are allowed
Substitutions can only be made when the ball is dead
Substitutions should only run on at the half way line
Referee's attention should be drawn to any substitution

Yellow Cards

Player sin binned after a yellow card should serve his/her time at the half way line
A sin binned player cannot come on as a substitute
10 minutes - except Sevens when 2 minutes
Opposition coach assists referee by monitoring timing
