Just because it's CNY doesn't mean that there's no Thursday training - same time, same place and a higher intensity as we gear up for a move to Sevens. Come and feel the pain!
We continue with Thursday training in February, same time, same place. We will be extending the fitness training opportunity to the U12 so that they can build up stamina before they move up to the Colts.
Finally the cardio session that you have been waiting for is coming to Flying Kukris rugby.
We have booked the HKIEd Sports Centre pitch from 6.30-8.00pm on every Thursday evening including 18 Feb.
What's going to happen? After a dynamic warm-up, we will focus on speed and agility training, high energy contact training with the ball in hand and some small sided conditioning games.
