Annual Membership runs from September to June each season. Membership fees for the upcoming 2026/27 season are as follows:

HKD 2,500 per player
· ($2000 membership + $500 kit) including 1 full set of kit (shirt, shorts and socks)

Sibling discounts
· 15% off for the 2nd child
· 20% off for the 3rd+ child

Mid-season rates
· From 1 January: HKD 1,250 per player
· After Rugby 7s: HKD 500 per player, kit depending on available stock

Scholarships are available for young talents and families in need.

Our club is built on the contributions of parents and community members, and most families volunteer at training and events throughout the season. Additional discounts are available for Head Coaches, Team Managers, certified First Aiders, and coaches holding Match Official Level 1 certification.

These volunteer discounts recognise the significant time, effort, and commitment invested by those who take on key leadership and support roles within our club.

Ages and Teams
Team placement is based strictly on a child’s year of birth. In exceptional circumstances, and subject to approval through the HKCRU application process, a player may be permitted to play up or down one age group. Requests based solely on friendships will not be considered.
